The Advanced Management Program for Emerging Leaders

      

Designed for emerging leaders who fill upper middle to senior leadership roles in a company, the Advanced Management Program for Emerging Leaders (AMP) is a compressed MBA curriculum that teaches the critical knowledge and essential skills of strategy, finance, operations and leadership. The program empowers promising young managers to think strategically, manage cross functionally and lead with confidence. The program is patterned after Global MBA Management Courses.  Instruction is provided on company premises, online or blended. 

High Performance Leadership Program

      

The High Performance Leadership Program is a suite of leadership education for emerging leaders.   Managers, Senior Managers, Directors and Sr. Directors learn to create and sustain a culture of employee engagement and high performance. They learn to understand people and their motivations; examine employee performance in new ways, and develop creative solutions to engage employees. 

      

The Advanced Management Program  provides an exceptional opportunity for both personal and professional growth.  One that empowers promising young managers to think strategically, manage cross functionally and lead with confidence.

Learning from experienced faculty members, guest speakers at top companies, collaborating with peers around the globe;  AMP participants acquire the leadership skills and business acumen to grow and succeed at higher levels of responsibility.  While immersed in the AMP, your leaders will learn to:

By course design, one CEU is awarded per 10 contact hours of instruction and interaction.
