Competency Based Leadership Education Platform©

This program is part of TPMG's Competency Based Education Platform©. Those who successfully complete the program will not only earn an industry respected lean six sigma black belt certificate, but will also be awarded Continuing Education Units (CEUs). The Continuing Education Units are globally recognized units designed to provide a record of an individual's continuing education accomplishments. One CEU is awarded for each 10 contact hours of instruction and time allocated toward the lean six sigma certification project.

Learning Outcomes

The black belt certification recepient is granted all rights and privledges associated with the certificate and qualifies the holder to :

1. Identify and prioritize lean management and digital transformation projects.
2. Execute the standard DMAIC process improvement methodology.
3. Use cutting edge methods to improve the customer experience and sustain customer loyalty.
4. Lead executives and performance improvement staff in validating and creating a pipeline of transformation projects.
5. Leverage business case analyses to ensure future state investments are appropriate and generate satisfactory returns.
6. Oversee development and program management of digital transformation initiatives.

 (Special Note:  The program of study does not teach candidates how to program or code automation applications, it provides instruction on how to successfully program manage transformation initiatives involving automation and digital technology.)

This program is conducted in both an online self - paced and blended format.   Candidates can progress within a self-paced learning management system and can also receive online live instruction and one-on-one coaching.
