Review and Evaluation
Once per quarter, TPMG facilitators can visit and help coordinate quarterly business & strategy review sessions. These sessions are structured events that focus on strategic risk and success factors while analyzing operating results. The sessions are an excellent tools for keeping leadership and employees focused not only on business results, but also on strategy execution.
