Our Simple 4 Step Process
1. Planning
The meeting facilitator will work with you (and members of your team) to determine the purpose, outcomes and detailed information needed to create the ideal meeting for you and your group. Afterwards, we will produce a high level agenda that will be presented to you. Together we will refine the agenda. The result of this step is a meeting agenda that will completely fit your goals for the workshop session.
2. Preparation
No worries preparation. Our meeting facilitator will work with you to coordinate the meeting time, place, materials and other meeting requirements to create the perfect environment for a successful strategic planning session. Special note: as an option, the pre-work can include an SWOT analysis and environmental scan to serve as inputs for the session. 3. Facilitation
We will facilitate an engaging, fun, creative and productive strategic planning workshop. Our facilitators are experts at keeping meetings on track, making meetings fun and accomplishing workshop objectives.
4. Completion
The final part of the workshop is the responsibility of TPMG. The end result of our combined efforts will be the final document of the strategic planning workshop.
